In this Weeks TechtalkRadio Show, Andy Taylor, Shawn DeWeerd, Justin Lemme, Broadway and Amanda are all together on the show. We share news that Ryan of RyaStream should be coming back on the show soon to talk about Streaming, Video Games and Simulations and what he’s has been doing since he last appeared on the show. A Couple of Weeks ago, we got word that Broadway testing positive for Covid-19. He is recovering and visits the show to talk about what has happened since that diagnoses, how he discovered it and where he felt it could have been contracted. Shawn tells us about covering the Notre Dame vs Clemson game and how many people ran onto the field and now concerns that the number of people which took to the field on the win have alerted health officials. Amanda tells us about Distance Learning and some of the problems that can arise. Justin gives us a status update about his newly purchased TV and the best show he has watched on it. The Mandalorian Season 2, Episode 1. Amanda tells us about AMSR and how calming the channel can be and how to find it. Justin talks about his FireTV device and how lately it seems to be failing.

The Crew pays respect to the passing of Alex Trebek and Andy shares word that Alex’s last project outside Jeopardy was an appearance in Free Guy, and upcoming movie starring Ryan Reynolds. Lots of talk about people checking out Parler. Shawn is still off Social Media and talks about how refreshing the step back has been.

The talk focuses on the Xbox and with the release this week, which one to chose from. A Walk down memory lane has everybody sharing the first console experiences. Andy talks about iOS 14.2 out now and how some have found the Secret Button, Back Tap. Justin shares a website, Nasa’s Interactive Fire Map. A map which shows any wildfires throughout the world.

In this Weeks TechtalkRadio Show, Andy Taylor, Shawn DeWeerd and the returning Justin Lemme revisit 3D Printing. Justin visits his mom in South Dakota who also has a 3D printer, and the guys talk about the progresses in the technology to make 3D Printing even easier. Justin recommends not only printers but also some websites for finding “templates” for creations on the 3D Printers. Shawn tells us how resourceful it can be to have access to a 3D Printer for business applications. Justin talk about the products they he has made. Andy talks about installing a Google Nest Thermostat and how easy it was to do. Shawn talks about the upcoming Wyze Thermostat and some new Wyze cameras for home monitoring.

The new Google Pixel 5 has Justin sharing his thoughts on the latest 5G Smartphone but packed with features he is looking forward to. Shawn and Justin talk about Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. Shawn tells us about Virtual Reality with the New Star Wars Squadrons and how amazing it is. The guys share how this also enhances the simulator in Flight Simulator.

In this Weeks TechtalkRadio Show, Shawn, Amanda, Broadway, and Andy talk about Justin taking the Week off and traveling around Colorado enjoying the scenery in a RV Trailer. Shawn talks about the huge industry in RV Rentals from private individuals and motor home companies.

The Global Classroom allows a professor to webcast to students using a Microsoft Surface and software. What is the downside for these educators in planning for instruction? We have heard stories of younger student sitting outside fast food restaurants to be able to complete online work and using Wi-Fi for the establishment. Broadway tells us how Starlink from Elon Musk will hopefully offer access to internet for those that may not be able to receive an internet connection. Shawn talks about how the Local Libraries can be a resource for people looking for tech solutions. Amanda tells us about the Merge Cube and how it works with AR/VR

 Broadway is having fun messing around with his Green Screen during the show. The guys talk about Microsoft Jumping onto the Wonder Woman 1984 introducing three new Xbox Consoles designed with Wonder Woman in mind. Amanda’s reaction when she looks says it all. Amanda tells us about Microsoft’s version of that this called Office Lens. Andy makes the move to Office 365 and talks about the benefits. Petr from the Czech Republic visits to tell us the idea and process to create a Video where it is customized to personalize the experience. Petr created the game as a gift for his wife; after others saw it they wanted it for themselves. Andy loves News Be Funny on YouTube. A Majority of segments have been with field reporters doing segments interrupted by Dogs Cats and Spouses. Andy has an issue with his Linksys Router and finds himself rebooting it often. Justin tries the 2 Week free trial of YouTubeTV and shares what he thinks about it! How many people are sharing logins with family members to online streaming services?


Justin is intrigued by a project called Neuralink he heard about on the Joe Rogan Experience while talking with Elon Musk. Justin shares some of the finer aspects of what this technology could do and helping in the health aspects of society however Shawn and Andy are a little concerned at what this could do.
