Yesterday we posted a review from Slick of some of the products from ChicBuds. The Company makes designer accessories for your audio and video players as well as your phone. The prices point on these products is also very appealing to consumers that are looking for something fashionable without draining the bank. TechtalkRadio spoke this morning to one of the owners of this energetic and multi-talented companies Nikki Gutshall.

Nikki shared some information on the process in developing the ChicBud line as well as trends and how they changed since the company first emerged on the scene in 2004. TechtalkRadio also found out from Nikki that the company has three different operations all intertwined within each other.

Andy Taylor this morning talked with CNBC Writer and Blogger for There’s a Pony in Here Somewhere Cindy Perman.  Andy and Cindy discussed the latest Job Trends in the United States along with the best location for not only Tech Jobs but other jobs as well. Cindy also shared some fun facts about the Top Six Companies to work for and why Google and Ning rate highly on the job ladder.

Cindy also talked about the state of the job market in TechtalkRadio’s Home State of Arizona and how it compares to other area in the country. We did find that if you are looking for gainful employment in the Defence sector, Washington DC is averaging about one job per applicant which makes it a market to watch.

Ubuntu v10.10 Now Available

For those that have been waiting patiently or impatiently, the day has arrived for the latest version of Ubunto Version 10.10 with a code name of Maverick Meerkat.  The new version can be downloaded and installed for free at http://www.ubuntu.com/desktop/get-ubuntu/download or the users can trial install it to a CD or USB Drive to give them an idea of the look and feel of the latest version as well. The 693MB download should please most Ubuntu users and give first timers a realization that the Open Source platform is not just for the tech heads and can also provide a graphically pleasing OS. It truly is amazing to see what artist are able to create whether on an easel or now on a Digital platform. E-on Software has announced the Finalist of the companies 3D Character Rendering Challenge 2010 and is showcasing the artist work on its website at

The Vue 8 product which is available now is capable of taking the artist visualization and providing the tools to create stunning worlds and natural looking 3D Scenery.
