There is so much Technology that has evolved over the years to aid in health, from Medical Procedures and robotics to staying healthy by alerting, reminding, and informing of potential health conditions. Like the Author, Many others have also found having this technology can be empowering and can change and inspire to exercise, Including myself.

Samsung has recently confirmed their Premium Smart Watch in Series 7 similar to Apple’s Ultra 2 should be available this year.
