Justin tells us about his Birthday purchase that had him dipping into his Bitcoin to avoid using the family funds. A Complete impulse buy, Justin gets himself the One Wheel Pint X. Justin explains this new form of outdoor electric sports and it has the crew remembering the time he took his mountain bike out, popped a wheelie and lost a wheel! While the One Wheel Pint X looks like an amazing balancing Act, the guys talk about other Electric propelled action including Slicks choice of the BMW MotorRad C4, which he has added to his birthday list.
Matt gets himself a new set of headphones and tells us about the Audeze Maxwells and why they are great for comfort and sound. Considered one of the Audiophiles favorites the headphones were a good purchase for him. Matt also tells us about a report that TC-Helicon was going to be abandoning the popular GoXLR.
Over the last couple of years, the product has found a great fan base and the news came as a surprise. We share our first listener question of this week’s show from Ray in Tucson who is asking about the need for backing up a computer and what are some options. Matt and Justin share a love of Cloud Based Backups and why this is a popular option and Andy and Slick share some software routes including Acronis Cyber Home.

Slick is a fan of Linux, and we discussed the news of Sparky Linux and how many are saying its a good alternative to Windows 11. A Listener Email from Laureen wants some info on touching up photos. The go to has been Photoshop over the years from Adobe. Matt tells us about Photo Glory and how this can be set to handle restoration. Justin mentions the Subreddit for Photoshop Request and how depending on the touch up job needed on a photo. Andy also talks about the newest versions of photoshop incorporating AI which can make projects much easier. Andy also recommends looking at Topaz which can handle Photos and Video. A Story of a person who had money scammed from her bank account and hoping it will serve as a reminder to never give info over the phone to anybody, agency or bank. Question everything. Matt recommends using the phone number on the back of the Bank Card and not to feel bad about hanging up on an incoming call.
