The guys talk about the latest revelations of the latest Ransomware attack which opens the discussion on password management. What is a VPN? How do IT Managers work with VPN and should 2 Factor Authentication be used. Shawn tells us about Microsoft Flight Simulator coming to Xbox in July and the DLC for Top Gun Maverick. Andy misses Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator and Justin recommends DCSWorld for a more military style flight sim. Nintendo has a Treehouse event during the Virtual E3, and we will be talking about on Next Week’s Show. Diablo 2 has been announced as being reintroduced.

Microsoft makes the announcement that Windows 10 Support will end in 2025. The guys talk about how this will be the next step in the evolution of the OS for what is to be announced on the 24th. When it comes to the Microsoft Windows Platforms the crew talks about the ones they liked and what frustrated most people. The Latest Windows 10 Update has some really frustrated users. The guys talk about what they would love to see with a new Windows Operating System. Driver Support is one we would all love to see, Justin talks about that alternative, Driver Easy.

Justin talks about the RTX 3080 Video card and still not being able to get his hands on one. Digital Currency Mining and Elon are discussed with Justin sharing his disappointment in statements made by Musk. We share thoughts on what makes a popular streamer in this genre. Ryan talks about the immense fun he has and the importance of being interactive.


RyaStream tells us about the technology behind the stream and how in the past year has the Tech worked for making it easier for the Gamer Streaming. Ryan tells us about Streamdeck and how that has helped. Ryan tells us about the software OBS for streaming and how GoXLR has really enhanced the audio for the sound of the stream. The crew talks about Graphics Cards and how Justin is seeking out the RTX3080.

Shawn asks Ryan if he stays away from spoilers when a game is released? Also, what does he look for in a game? New RadioShow Posted! “Episode 292 – “How Did They Fit Him In That Suit!?”

In this Weeks TechtalkRadio Show, Andy Taylor, Shawn DeWeerd, Justin Lemme and Broadway. We get the update on Broadway after his positive test for Covid-19 a couple of weeks ago. Good to report he is doing much better. Shawn talks about the changes in College and University Sports due to the pandemic as many institutions get back to work. We learn about the audio tricks employed to enhance the games on web and broadcast.

Chromebooks are continuing to be in demand due to distanced learning, the crew talks about building your own Chromebook and recommendations on the marketplace. Windows Update have been frequent, the crew talks about some of those problems of the updates like rebooting during a television broadcast. Updates have also affected Malwarebytes and Shawn and Broadway share the experiences with this. Comcast will no longer be offering Symantec Anti-Virus and now Andy must deal with either continuing with Symantec or another choice. Justin and Shawn both recommend Eset while John likes the free open source version of Clam.

After looking at the system and examination of the system BIOS, the internal battery had failed and needed to be replaced. This can be a problem with older laptops. Hulu has raised their prices for Live Local TV Options, Broadway talks about his looking for an option. The crew loves Disney Plus and The Mandalorian. Justin and Shawn talk about the Making of the Mandalorian and how groundbreaking the visual and mechanical effects are with filming. Andy gives us his thoughts of the Movie Clouds.
